Job Title: Sr. Associate, Platform (C++)
Job Location: Gurgaon/Bangalore
Experience: 4-8 years

Skills Required:

1. Minimum 4-8 years in systems integration and development, package implementation, and/or interactive design

2. Knowledge of multiple technologies including but not limited to, C/C++, Unix/Win/Linux

3. Proficient in UML

4. Ability to abstract detail into larger (repeatable) patterns, familiarity with user-centered analysis and evaluation techniques

5. Experience providing a vision of the total solution, managing a track of work and defining a comprehensive solution leading toward a common vision

6. Proven leadership and managerial skills to "independently" manage a track of work, with 4 - 7 people, during multiple phases of the project lifecycle

7. Understanding of the project life cycle process to effectively be able to manage a sub-team through the complexities of the business solution
