IT'S A PERMANENT POSITION WITH BINARY SEMANTICS BUT INITIALLY SELECTED CANDIDATE WILL BE DEPUTED AT CLIENT SIDE i.e. SAMSUNG INDIA, GURGAON FOR LONG TENURE

Experience- 4-7 yrs of experience,

Current responsibilities for this position include:

Help to design a rewrite of legacy application sets to current technologies
Help to design a better and more robust set of functionality for core software products
Write code in C#, ASP.NET, Visual Studio 2008, .NET Frameworks 2.0, 3.0, 3.5
Design and implement code for stand-alone client applications, client-server applications, web applications, web services, and combinations therein
Document code inline, in automated unit tests, and in design specs using UML, MS Test, Visio, and other tools
Control source using solid methodologies and tools

Required Experience

4+ years experience as a Software Engineer or Developer
Significant experience with databases is preferred, especially SQL Server 2000 / 2005, 2008
Experience with Microsoft development platforms (.NET, C#, ASP, ASP.NET, Visual Studio)
Proven track record of self-starter work ethic and motivated performance
Detail-oriented but able to multi-task
Experience with design concepts and tools. Able to understand implementation instructions based on functional specs and technical design documents created by other engineers in a non-co-located office.
Experience with, and understanding of, the concepts of hosted business web applications and the needs of such offerings - including industry patterns and practices such as MVC/MVP, SOA, N-Tier, OOP, etc.

Other skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, adaptability and leadership capabilities
