JOB DESCRIPTION Role:

Candidate will be required to work within a development team, working to deliver along the specifications laid down by the product architecture and origination team.

Candidate must have high quality standards for software programming and have a commitment to timelines and delivery schedules.

Candidates must bring a problem-solving mindset and ability to propose to innovation in the development process.

Experience in team/project management will be seen as an added advantage.

He/she must be a self-starter and bring a desire and commitment to excel in a rewarding environment.

Thorough knowledge of the skill areas highlighted above is essential for the job.

Platform

Analec's products are developed on the following platforms: Microsoft SQL Server 2000/2005, Visual Basic.NET, ASP.NET

Candidate having knowledge of Netscape development will have added advantage.

Requirements:

Candidate should have prior experience of software programming and must be able to program fluently in the following key areas. - Visual Basic.NET and Microsoft SQL Server 2000/2005.
Candidate will be tested on his/her .NET skills which will test .NET and SQL Server.

Good communication skills (in English) and ability to write structured documentation on product development would be a significant advantage.

Candidate should have a consistently excellent academic record, through school (X and XII), engineering/graduation and post graduation qualification(s).
