JOB DESCRIPTION: -
* Managing business expectations at all times liaising with technical lead for the project.
* Should be proactive in seeking clarity and resolving ambiguities and should chase business/infrastructure etc. whenever required.
* Ensuring meeting deadlines and raising concerns to stakeholders in unlikely conditions.
* Understanding global business requirements through exchanges with business users, analysts and developers, possibly across multiple locations. Capture requirements and verify them - translate requirements into software designs, and have these peer reviewed within the team.
* Implementing these designs using the technology stack relevant to each application by adhering to project’s coding guidelines/best practices standards. Unit test to validate the solution.
* Producing required support documentation to ensure that global application management teams understand how to manage the application, investigate issues and how to respond to alerts.
* Understanding the release and build process.
Essential Skills:
* 4-6 years experience in multithreaded .Net application development using .NET 2.0, 3.5 and C# and XML.
* Experienced in using SQL Server, SSRS, SSIS, SSAS.
* Experience on project development lifecycle.
* Experience in Finance domain.
* Experience in WPF and WCF technology
* Strong knowledge on OOPS, C# and .Net framework and Multithreading concepts.
* Experience of SQL Server 2005/2008 in writing PL/SQL procedures/views/triggers.
* Should be intelligent enough to understand code written by others.
* Quick learner and open attitude to learn/work on new/different technologies on project needs basis.
* Good to have - Knowledge of Araxis, Resharper, SVN, Visio, CC.Net, nUnit, log4net, reflector, memory profilers, XML serialization.

*Flexible attitude with the ability to multitask.
*Good communication and interpersonal skills.
*Team Player with focus on delivery and customer service.
*Must be a quick learner of technology and business.
