Agilent is looking for IT Representative with the experience of 2-5 yrs for Manesar Location

External Job Description : PRIMARY FUNCTION:
Performs individual assignments associated with the design, support, maintenance, deployment of applications, and management of the information systems, products and services that support the internal operations of Agilent. Provides information technology solutions and services in the design, development, modification, implementation and maintenance of cost effective business solutions infrastructure. Utilizes technologies and techniques to deliver business results. Delivers quality improvements, root-cause analysis.

DISCIPLINES:
 Consulting: Develops team visions, strategies and plans based on business requirements through partnership with businesses and/or functions. Consults on application design, architecture, Processes including business planning.
 Support: Provides all levels of information technology support/training for solutions, applications deployed across Agilent departments.
 Systems Design: Provides/coordinates systems/application design, analysis and/or engineering, for applications, data security, data or systems. Identifies, qualifies, and recommends solutions using internal partners.
 Systems Implementation: Ensures integration and successful implementation of business support solutions.
 Project Management: Leads a team in providing solutions to complex business problems from project request through implementation of integrated solutions. Responsible for all management processes, resources and deliverables related to assigned project.

 Works on information technology assignments with broadly defined objectives
 Solves straight-forward issues, challenges and problems within field of specialization
 Strong business communication skills. (verbal, written and presentations)
 Strong interpersonal skills and ability.
 Proficient with statistics and data driven root cause analysis.
 Ability to be assertive in getting requirements met.
 Demonstrated decision making ability and sound judgment.

External Qualifications : EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE:
 Bachelors or Masters Degree or University Degree or equivalent.
 Typically 2-4 years relevant experience in the above mentioned disciplines for entry to this level.
 Requires general proficiency with tools, systems and procedures to accomplish job.
