Position : SSE /SE (1 -5 Yrs)
Job Location: Gurgaon


Responsibilities:
Ensure the smooth running of day to day development activities, Lead others through example and guidance, Ensure adherence to controls and procedures that are in place e.g. SDLC, Mercer coding standards and Audit requirements, Review team members’ performance and provide feedback, Provide software application development, Participate in high and low level design activities, Write and perform unit testing, Interact with the user community on system and requirement issues, Contribute to workshops and meetings, Work with limited supervision while providing constant feedback on project status and deadlines, Function as part of a highly collaborative department, Provide Tier 3 development support for existing applications


Requirements-
Experience of leading a small team of developers, Candidate must have the ability to deliver a top quality product in a timely fashion while leading teams of varied backgrounds, Minimum 1 years experience in application programming, Must be familiar with advanced principles of Object Oriented Analysis Design & Programming, Demonstrable experience of C#, Visual Studio.NET 2008, ASP.NET, WinForms and MS SQL Server, Experience developing multi-tier Internet/Intranet applications using XML and Web Services, Demonstrated analytic and design capabilities, Working knowledge of database design , Experience working in a multinational development team, Proven leadership, mentoring and project management experience, Excellent time management skills
