QUALIFICATION

MCA or B.Tech (Computer Science/IT/Electronics) with 1st or 2nd Division from recognized / reputed University

Oracle Certified Professional (OCP) on 10G is desirable

EXPERIENCE & SKILL SET

Minimum 3 Years of experience out of which 2 years of experience as Oracle Database Administrator/ Oracle APPS DBA / project leader. The selection Committee may consider candidate with 2 years of experience in case of outstanding candidates.

- Experience with Oracle and other database administration systems on servers.
- Oracle Apps Application Installation and Configuration & Analysis and management of Oracle problems/defects
- Use of software tools to monitor Oracle databases.
- Knowledge of entity and referential integrity constraints, stored packages, procedures and functions, database links, triggers, snapshots and other internal database objects.
- Application related regular and maintenance functions. Such as month end and period end functions, optimizer and indexing, partial recoveries, Concurrent Managers, Cloning, Patch Management and Version Control.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation and problem-solving skills.
- Technical knowledge in PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, Oracle Reports, MS SQL Server, Sharepoint database, Exchange Server, Linux Server and System security will be an added advantage.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS

- Reactive and proactive measures to ensure maximum availability of database instances.
- Pro-active monitoring of database performance.
- Monitoring of Listeners, Archive Logs, Table spaces & Indexes, Coalescing table spaces & Concurrent manager.
- Administration of Patch Management & first level Patch testing.
- Scheduling database Back-up and recovery processes.
- Ability to relate user requirements to ERP development and delivery team.
- Assists and validate the set up of the Production environment and reconcile the opening transactions, with an audit trail.
- He/She will work with Oracle Support and go through the Service Request process, and solve implementation/Support issues.
- Responsible for system administration, database administration, server room, data security and Disaster recovery site.

( 2 ) .NET Programmer ( CONTRACTUAL )

QUALIFICATION

MCA or B.Tech or equivalent with first or second division from recognized / reputed university.

EXPERIENCE

Minimum 2 years of programming experience in .NET technology both windows and web based platforms.
AREA OF SPECIALISATIONStrong knowledge of .NET framework, Handling IIS ,Handling complex stored procedures, Data base triggers, partition views ,Web Services, remoting, version controlling tools
